How do I send money from a Dahabshiil Agent location?
  1. Find a Dahabshiil agent location on our website
  2. Complete a simple send form and hand it to the Dahabshiil agent along with your identification document and the money you want to send plus any applicable fees.
  3. Contact the person to whom you’re sending the money and let them know the money is ready for collection although they will still be contacted either by a phone call or sms to go and collect the money.

*You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following:

Please note, when completing the transfer form, the recipient’s name on the form must exactly match the name on the ID he or she presents to pick up the transfer. For example, Michael O. Otieno is NOT the same as Michael Omondi Otieno.
